Summer Registration

Uniform must be ordered by August 10th due to freight delays with ongoing conflict overseas.
Summer season runs from October through to March with a break over summer school holidays. 
CLGNC is registered with the SAUCNA Association.
All matches are played on weeknights at Association Courts, between Goodwood Road and
ANZAC Highway, with some age grades playing at overflow courts.
CLG teams do not train during the summer season, and we do not hold trials.

Summer 2026/ 2027

Registration

We enter teams in all age groups listed below. Our club does not hold trials. Team placement will be done by paper trail, based on Coaches feedback forms, and players past netball history and/or court positions. Consideration is also given to friendship groups; in these cases, players shall be graded on the ability of the lower division player. If your child would like to play with friends or previous teammates and/or in the age group above, please mark this clearly on the registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate them where possible.

Registration will be done via the PlayHQ platform. For existing account holders, please ensure you register with the email address you have used previously.

For those that have not used the PlayHQ platform before, you will need to create an account.

If players are under 18, the account will need to be set up under the parent's name, and then any other siblings will also be linked to this same account.

Fees

Full payment of fees is required when registering to secure a place in a team. The fees for summer season for both Juniors and Opens are:

• $195 per player

If we are unable to place you in a team, the fees are fully refundable. If a player chooses to withdraw their nomination after registration closes and a refund is requested, an administration fee of $100 will be retained by the club.

Once team registration or the season has commenced, if a player or team changes their mind and no longer want to continue with the season, then any refund is at Colonel Light Gardens Netball Club's discretion.

Government Sports Vouchers

1. Your child must be attending school in Reception to Year 9 in 2026.
2. You must not have already claimed a voucher in 2026.

The Summer competition will now be divided over five nights.

Age groups for summer 2026 / 2027 are based on the player’s year of birth see below:

When registering through Playhq, you must check you are registering for the correct competition as the Summer season has two competitions, Juniors Under 8-Under 17 and Opens/Seniors born 2008 & before.
